Terms & Conditions for Booking
On-line
We offer an online booking service but there is an extra online booking charge of £1.00. Once you have filled in this online form and made payment you will be contacted by us to confirm your booking.
Via Post
Once you have filled in the consent form along with payment you will be guaranteed a place should you not hear anything from us.
Should your child/children not turn up there will be no refund made (unless agreed otherwise) but a voucher will be issued which must be used within six months of issue date.
Cancelling Events
In the event that we have to cancel an event due to insufficient numbers, parents / guardians will be notified at least 24 hours before the event and a full refund will be issued.
Personal Property
We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to anyone’s property during an event. We strongly recommend that NO valuables are taken to the course with your child.
Photography / Film
We may take photographs or films of our events from time which will be used by us for media or marketing, should you wish for your child/children not to be in these please do tick the objection box.
Health & safety
All coaches are First Aid trained and CRB checked and will carry there CRB form and First Aid Box/Bag with them at ALL times.
ALL venues we use have had one of our full rick assessments done on it.
